BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR (REAL ESTATE)

At LHH Executive Search we are currently supporting our client, an international leader in Real Estate Services, looking for a Business Development Director Iberia.
Reporting to the Business Development Director Southern Europe and New Markets, your main responsibilities will be to.
·   cooperate with corporate Business Development Team and transversal Business Units, like Brand Marketing, ESG or Data, in creating and executing a business development strategy, managing its implementation in cooperation with other departments ·   define local commercial strategy, alongside each business unit, in order to meet the growth needs identified in the strategy ·   analyze market potential, researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities ·   attend business conferences, meetings, and other strategic real estate events, keeping and developing your network of contacts.
·   assess clients’ needs and market benchmark for the real estate services and advise on its implementation or improvement within the company platform ·   identify unique selling points (our added value) to market needs, in cooperation with other departments, and actively recommend on product / service evolution, working closely with the different business units ·   develop external and internal contact networks, as part of the client relations mission, ·   initialize B2B communication, proposing and coordinating initiatives, alongside Brand Marketing team, to boost visibility in the market, according to the defined strategy ·   actively present the company services to potential clients, developing proposals and running further meetings to present the benefits of a potential cooperation ·   prepare tender materials, negotiate agreements in order to obtain new mandates, in cooperation with each business unit ·   stay up to date with the market benchmark related with the standard of services, pricing for all the categories of services provided, models of cooperation etc.

shopping centers and other commercial assets operated by external entities, within the processes and platforms identified ·   liaise with cross-border teams in aim to identify potential global clients’ contacts and mandates ·   evaluate profitability of services for new clients or mandates, on the basis of the global pricing model and tools, alongside local Performance team and inputs from the service lines Leaders involved ·   advice the Heads of Business Unit on the evolution of each service line’s revenue’s growth, under the context of the yearly Business Plan ·   report to management, advising and proposing new opportunities for the company development, in streamlines with additional revenues potential ·   run regular clients’ satisfaction meetings and/or implement the client quality system defined by the company and share feedback with relevant business units.
We are looking for a Senior Real Estate Professional with a proven track record in asset management and property management services and a good understanding of other Real Estate Services.
You should be experienced in developing and maintaining a client network in the Iberian market, with an interest in growth and expansion.
It is important that you can work across different business units and partners, bringing energy and problem-solving skills to persuade, negotiate and to finalize deals.
Previous exposure to international environments, as well as a good opinion on the market and selling skills are key.
