An expanding international technology company, recognized for its cutting-edge SaaS solutions in time management and absence planning, is seeking a Business Development Director to lead its entry into the Spanish market. The company boasts a solid, modern, and collaborative culture that fosters an environment of innovation and creativity, aiming to simplify and digitalize labor time management for various types of companies, thereby enhancing employee efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Development: Identify and capitalize on business opportunities in the Spanish market through comprehensive analysis of local trends. Develop and implement sales strategies that not only address market needs but also contribute to the company’s vision of establishing itself as a leader in time and absence management solutions.Comprehensive Sales Management: Lead and oversee the full sales cycle, from online demonstrations and negotiations to closing deals and developing strategic accounts. Responsible for building strong client relationships, ensuring each interaction reflects the company’s values of quality and service excellence.Ensuring a Seamless Customer Experience: Work closely with the Customer Success team to guarantee clients experience a smooth transition and successful product implementation, ensuring their satisfaction and effective use of the tools.Building and Leading a Local Team in Spain: Establish and lead a strong sales team in Spain, providing strategic direction and mentoring to achieve and exceed business goals. Develop a team culture aligned with the company’s values, fostering collaboration and commitment to results.Ideal Candidate ProfileB2B Sales Experience: 5 to 7 years in sales or business development in the SaaS sector, preferably in time management or human resources products.
