Responsible for Nordics, Central Asia and Israel markets   Build on and foster awareness of IE in the region  Participate in appropriate recruitment & enrollment activities, including fairs, local or regional presentations, training sessions, orientation programs, career days, etc.
Plan, manage & implement business development and commercial activities for Nordics, Central Asia and Israel to promote IE's Master and Executive Education programs  Support the Alumni Clubs, coordinate events for Alumni community in the region & identify new members of this growing community.
Increase the number of applications, thereby developing a healthy and steady pipeline of candidates.
Develop new sales & marketing channels along with strategic partnerships with companies, institutions, associations to promote IE's Master and Executive Education Programs  Benchmark competitors focusing mainly on their commercial activities and program offering  Coordinate with various IE departments to maximise the institution's recognition  Build a network of contacts to promote & strengthen the IE brand in the region  Qualifications To thrive in this role you should have.
Our ideal candidate must have great commercial skills as well as be an advocate of technology usage to manage the candidate experience.
\u202f    We require.
u202f\u202f  An MBA or a Masters' degree  Legal authorisation to work in Spain  At least 5 years of professional experience in marketing, communications, business development, and/or sales  Proficiency in English is fundamental.
Knowledge of other European languages would be beneficial  Experience in an international environment.
Proven communication skills, entrepreneurial spirit and commercial drive  Must exhibit strong teamwork capability and a positive customer-oriented style  Analytical and numerical skills  Must be strategic, innovative, creative, and embrace new approaches and technology  Solution-oriented and a positive/can-do attitude  The position requires travel, mainly across Nordics and Central Asia with occasional trips to other countries within Europe & Central Asia.
This position is a part of the Global Markets Department, and the successful candidate would report to the Regional Director of Europe & Central Asia.
Performance is measured twice annually, and compensation is reflective of individual and team performance.
