Business Development Representative (BDR)At Kantox, we are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our amazing Sales and hold an important role in the organisation 🚀We are looking for an energetic and achievement-oriented Sales Development Representative to help us grow the sales pipeline by generating interest with key stakeholders in our target accounts and quickly qualifying incoming leadsAbout the teamThe BDR team is composed of international team members focusing on local markets such as Benelux, French, Italian, DACH, Spain and UK.At the same time, we are a group of people with an international mindset - curious, explorative and open-minded. If you like a growth opportunity in a dynamic environment and look forward to challenging yourself, keep reading …Your mission within KantoxReporting to the Team Manager Business Development, you will be responsible for the following:Becoming an encyclopedia of knowledge for how Kantox works, the problems we are solving, and the benefits we bring to enterprises.Conducting effective first discovery and qualification conversations via phone/LinkedIn/email with key stakeholders from our targets accounts.Qualifying inbound leads by utilising your deep understanding of the Kantox value proposition and use-cases.Qualifying incoming leads (inbound) as potential sales opportunities through initial phone and email contact.Keeping a meticulous record of interactions with leads in our CRM (Salesforce).Who you are:Master/Bachelor in economics, finance or business administrationStrong written and verbal communication skillsA true team player willing to roll up their sleeves and give a hand when neededHands-on experience using multiple sales techniques (including cold emails and cold calling)A highly organised professional who is a self-driven, motivated, and achievement-focused professionalFluent in EnglishFluent in at least one of the following languages: French, German, Spanish, DutchPrevious experience in a B2B Sales/Business Development role is a plusPrevious CRM experience, especially Salesforce, is a plusOur cultureAn environment of innovation, accountability, and constructive feedbackA diverse and multicultural team of over 40 different nationalitiesGrow your role and build your career with our learning and development opportunities.A collaborative and inclusive culture of sharing and teamwork.
