Your mission within Kantox Reporting to the Team Manager of Business Development, you will be responsible for the following.
• Becoming an encyclopedia of knowledge for how Kantox works, the problems we are solving, and the benefits we bring to enterprises.
• Conducting effective first discovery and qualification conversations via phone/LinkedIn/email with key stakeholders from our targets accounts.
• Qualifying inbound leads by utilising your deep understanding of the Kantox value proposition and use-cases.
• Qualifying incoming leads (inbound) as potential sales opportunities through initial phone and email contact.
• Keeping a meticulous record of interactions with leads in our CRM (Salesforce).
Who you are.
• Master/Bachelor in economics, finance or business administration • Strong written and verbal communication skills • A true team player willing to roll up their sleeves and give a hand when needed • Hands-on experience using multiple sales techniques (including cold emails and cold calling) • A highly organised professional who is a self-driven, motivated, and achievement-focused professional • Proficiency in German • Previous experience in a B2B Sales/Business Development role is a plus • Previous CRM experience, especially Salesforce, is a plus Our culture • An environment of innovation, accountability, and constructive feedback • A diverse and multicultural team of over 40 different nationalities • Grow your role and build your career with our learning and development opportunities.
