To take a leading role in ensuring together with the local area the growth of profitable revenue in these specific market sectors, customers and products.What Otelo offers Competitive Base Salary, starting from €28,000 - €32,000 annually, with unlimited commission potential, allowing top performers to reach earnings over €60,000.Continuous Development through our Sales Academy, offering regular training, mentorship, and upskilling opportunities.Autonomy & Ownership of your role, with the freedom to manage your accounts and projects independently, taking full control of your success.Emotional Salary: Enjoy flexible working arrangements, including monthly free days to prioritize your well-being and work-life balance.International Travel opportunities to engage with global clients and expand your professional network in exciting regions.The chance to be a key player in a rapidly growing business, where your contributions have a direct impact.Work with ethically driven and high-impact businesses committed to sustainability and positive change.Highly International Environment, collaborating with diverse teams and clients from around the world.Meal VouchersJob Accountabilities/Key Responsibilities To deliver area revenue for the sectors in charge. Responsible for identifying and developing value added opportunities that may fall outside a typical commodity business within defined market sectors. Follow market trends of the sectors and advise on appropriate sales approach and propositions to the market. Create and maintain relationships at key levels with selected customers and accounts. Take an active and leading role in lead generation, customer visits, technical responses and contract negotiations. Recognize and coordinate the Otelo resources to best address the customer opportunities.Create and maintain relationships at key levels with selected customers and accounts.Person Specification/Job RequirementsMinimum 2 years of B2B sales experience.Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle.Experience in market development from scratch.Proficient in engaging with CEOs and Directors.Strong negotiation skills with large B2B companies.Track record of achieving profitable sales revenues.Excellent presentation and communication skills.Preferably with an engineering or scientific background.High level of personal integrity and IT literacy.Experience in international companies.Proficient in English and preferably French or Italian.Desired BehaviorsSelf-starter with initiative. “Can do” attitude. Able to deal with complexity. Creative thinker and open to change. Driven by results. Good interpersonal skills, able to form good customer relationships at senior levels. Good communication and presentation skills. Able to work autonomously but also as a part of a team. Team player, Forward thinking. Self motivated and self confident Well developed interpersonal communication and negotiating skills. Strong customer service orientation. Key Role InteractionsMarket Analyst, lead generation team  Managing DirectorDirect Reports (if applicable)Managing Director
