Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für Fragen zu unseren digitalen Lösungen und stellst sicher, dass die Wünsche unserer Kunden schnell und zuverlässig umgesetzt werden Strategisches Arbeiten.
Du entwickelst clevere, maßgeschneiderte Strategien für deine Kunden und sorgst so dafür, dass diese langfristig bleiben und weiterwachsen Lösungsorientiertes Handeln.
Bei Herausforderungen nach Vertragsabschluss arbeitest du mit interdisziplinären Teams zusammen, um Lösungen zu finden und Probleme schnell zu beheben Wachstum erkennen und fördern.
Du hast ein gutes Gespür für Potenziale und findest immer wieder neue Chancen, um mit deinen Kunden zusammenzuwachsen Datengetriebenes Arbeiten.
Mit den richtigen Insights und Marktkenntnissen treibst du deine Verkaufsstrategie voran und startest gezielte Kampagnen, die wirklich wirken Kundensupport.
Du vertrittst die Interessen deiner Kunden innerhalb von SoftwareOne und trägst dazu bei, ihre Erfolgsgeschichte weiterzuschreiben
