The platform provides innovative functionalities to make shopping more enjoyable for both merchants and shoppers, fostering better communication and greater local product awareness.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Business Development Professional to join our growing team at TracknTake. This is a full-time hybrid position based in Madrid, with flexibility for remote work. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving our business growth by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and contributing to our strategic vision.Key responsibilities include:Lead Generation: Proactively identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.Market Research: Analyzing trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform strategy.Partnership Development: Building and maintaining relationships with local merchants and key stakeholders.Customer Engagement: Acting as a liaison between TracknTake and its users, ensuring an excellent customer experience.QualificationsLanguage Proficiency:Native-level Spanish and professional-level English (written and spoken).Ability to communicate effectively with both local and international stakeholders.Core Skills:Strong analytical abilities to assess market trends and identify growth opportunities.Exceptional communication skills to build trust and rapport with partners and customers.Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or business development roles.High degree of self-motivation and ability to thrive in a startup environment.Team Collaboration:Comfortable working both independently and within a cross-functional team.Flexibility and adaptability to meet evolving business needs.Preferred Experience:Knowledge of the local retail industry or experience working with small-to-medium-sized businesses.Familiarity with CRM tools, sales pipelines, or other business development software.What We OfferThe opportunity to play a key role in a growing startup that is transforming the local shopping experience.A collaborative and flexible work environment that values innovation and creativity.Competitive compensation and growth opportunities as we scale.
