Under the direction of Business Excellence Lead, Principal Business Excellence Engineer, or designee and in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position will.

Implement SAP actions that are require 2.
Complete the following Adaptive actions, for the part routing management process, such as CO creation, review, route assessments, work center creations/additions, among other transactions.

Part Routing Number and Description b.
Process Steps and Operation Sequence c.
Standard Operation Number, Crew Size, Standard Operation Description, Run Labor, Run Machine, Setup Labor, Queue Time, Move Time, Operational Yield, as aligned with Operations Management d.
MES Operation Name, as aligned with MES Representative e.
With feedback from Project Lead of ECNT Requirements Changes, determines if a route is impacted by any ECNT requirements changes.

., ISO & OSHA .
Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.

Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications Education.
Associate degree with 4 years of experience working in regulated industry within operations process improvement area or Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience in regulated industry within operations process improvement area or equivalent experience Required.
Knowledge in ERP systems for BEx data process.
Availability to work overtime, various work schedules, which may include 1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts and/or 12-hour daily shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Bilingual (Spanish & English).
Excellent organizational, time management and interpersonal and follow-up skills.
Able to communicate effectively with different levels of the organization.
Knowledge of QSR and ISO Standards.
Preferred.
Intermediate or higher computer skills and use of software application(s).

Position may be based in Ethicon San Lorenzo or Manatí Facilities, subject to hiring work center requirement.
10% travel required, must be able to travel between Ethicon Locations (Manatí, Guaynabo and San Lorenzo) and other locations as the need arises by the business (domestic and international travel).
