Summary.
Learn all BI&SFE&CRM (Salesforce-Veeva) system dynamics, improve MS Excel & CRM administration skills.
Support the department daily workload and present high-level assist for field users.
Key Responsibilities.
Analyzes, summarizes and comments on all data sources in order to update Administration tasks for BI&SFE&CRM (Salesforce-Veeva) systems Support of field users for QlikSense and CRM usage Creating stakeholders and updating consents Supporting the department for ad-hoc requests Assisting IQVIA sales reports & analysis Success Measures.
High level support for the department on daily tasks, good knowledge for administration tasks on BI&SFE&CRM, good communication level with field team.
Qualifications 3rd or 4th year university student Very good command of both written and spoken English Candidates from Engineering would be preferred Good knowledge on MS Office tools, especially MS Excel Previous internship experiences in similar areas would be preferred Able to work 3 days/week for 6 months period For more than 130 years, diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) have been part of our cultural fabric at Johnson & Johnson and woven into how we do business every day.
