Originally founded in 1892 as a small workshop in Horgen/Zurich, Switzerland, today Stäubli is an international Group headquartered in Pfäffikon, Switzerland.About the RoleStäubli is looking for a qualified Business Intelligence Analyst in our Electrical Connectors Division based in our Office in Sant Quirze del Vallés(Barcelona)ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the creating and maintaining Periodic Reports for Supply Chain Officers/Specialists.Further development and optimization of BI-Tool Qlik for ECS specific needs (e.g. planning, controlling, reporting, front-end-dashboarding, end-user-training), coordination with ECS internal stakeholders, Corp. IT and Corp Controlling in order to gather needs, design and create Qlik front-end reports.Goals of the positionSupport the Supply Chain Management teams in specifying, developing, and maintaining their Report Structure in Qlik Sense.Improve transparency and response time in all topics regarding Business Intelligence, with specific focus on Supply Chain Management.Main tasksSales TrackingDesign (based on stakeholder mapping activities), create and optimize both standardized & custom reports.Provide decision-making input to the management team, head of business, business development and product management.Ensure data quality, data accuracy and timely and targeted reports within ECS perimeter and to interfaces to other proprietary systems and corporate functions e.g., Corporate Finance, Corp. HR, Corp. SCM, Corp. ITBe an integral link between the headquarter and the local SCM organizations.Sparring partner for the business units in the definition, development and implementation of front-end-reports in Qlik.Support management with ad hoc business analysis and reportingDesign, build-up and maintain Fron-End-Reporting with QlikResponsible for the implementation of BI tools (Qlick Sense)Continuous optimization of existing BI-tool based solutionsAssess future needs (stakeholder mapping), requirements specifications and data qualityJob requirements Requirements / EducationBachelor or University degree in business information technology, engineering or similar, preferably with a focus on Supply Chain ManagementOne to two years of experience with Business Intelligence software (QlikSense, Tableau, Power BI);Customer orientation and creative problem-solving skills based on analytical thinking.Proven ability to work independently and carefully. Is well trained to work in a project environment in a structured, goal-oriented and timely manner.Passion for data analysis, data modeling and front-end-reporting (e.g. Qlik sense) and drive with a strong desire to make things happen IT skillsExtensive experience in reporting systems and MS Office – especially ExcelSound user knowledge in SAP (PP/MM)Experience and knowledge in Business Analysis and Project Management.Knowledge in Structured Query Languages (SQL); Language(s)Fluent in English & Spanish, spoken & written (German is a bonus)
