-Formación académica: Grado en Ingeniería, Administración de Empresas o áreas relacionadas. Máster o formación especializada en energía, valorable.
-Experiencia profesional: Entre 3 y 5 años en roles relacionados con mejora continua y optimización de procesos.
-Iniciativa y autonomía para proponer soluciones.
-Capacidad analítica y resolutiva para identificar problemas y sacar conclusiones.
-Gestión de proyectos y habilidades interdepartamentales.
-Adaptabilidad en entornos dinámicos y cambiantes.
-Experiencia en gestión de proyectos de CRM (preferiblemente Salesforce).
-Familiaridad con roles de Product Owner o Consultoría en el sector energético.
-Deseable experiencia previa en eficiencia operativa dentro de la industria de la energía.
