If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!Key Responsibilities:Technical Assistance: Provide prompt and effective support to clients, resolving software and hardware issues while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Process Improvement: Analyze and optimize internal processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.Training & Development: Prepare and deliver internal training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.KPI Management: Calculate and analyze key performance indicators, suggesting and implementing actions for continuous improvement.System Management: Oversee the management of COSCO and local systems, including user management, database maintenance, and incident resolution.Quality Maintenance: Ensure the company's quality certifications and seals, such as AEO, ISO9001, and ISO14001, are obtained and maintained.Event Participation: Attend IT, Quality, and Innovation events to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.System Administration: Perform tasks related to server maintenance, software installations, and security updates.Vendor Coordination: Supervise and coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure smooth project execution.Project Support: Assist in IT project planning, implementation, and upgrades, playing a key role in the company's digital transformation.Cybersecurity: Monitor and enforce cybersecurity requirements, keeping our systems safe and secure.EU Project Involvement: Engage with Consortium Partners, maintain project documentation, and attend EU Project General Assemblies.Collaboration & Innovation: Actively seek new collaborations and participate in writing new project proposals.What We’re Looking For:Team-Oriented: A strong team player with a collaborative mindset.IT Expertise: Solid knowledge of IT systems, with experience in implementing new solutions.Support Experience: Hands-on experience with support solutions and user assistance.EU Project Experience: Previous involvement in EU research and innovation projects is a plus.Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the logistics industry and quality seals (AEO, ISO9001, ISO14001).Language Skills: Proficiency in English (B2 level or equivalent).If you meet these qualifications and are ready to embark on a rewarding career journey with COSCO SHIPPING Lines (Spain) S.A., we invite you to apply today.
