En Patterson Travel estamos buscando a un/a Agente de viajes de empresa (Business Travel) para nuestra oficina de Santander
Esta persona nos ayudará a dar respuesta a la demanda de nuestros clientes. Será el enlace entre la empresa y los clientes, y el responsable de asegurar un alto nivel de servicio al cliente.
Su misión principal consistirá en hacer seguimiento a las peticiones de viajes recibidas aclarando todas las dudas que nuestros clientes puedan tener.
¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?
Gestión y asesoramiento a clientes.
Seguimiento de solicitudes de presupuesto, venta de billetes, gestión de reservas, creación de ofertas y atención al cliente.
Uso Amadeus
Requisitos
Formación en Turismo, Ventas, Marketing o relacionada.
Experiencia de al menos 4 años en un rol similar.
Amadeus
Se valorará muy positivamente los idiomas de inglés, francés o cualquier otro internacional.
Persona dinámica y trabajadora.
