Main Responsibilities Provide assistance to business clients with their travel arrangements Collaborate with external partners to handle booking-related problems Aim to exceed customer expectations by delivering top-tier service in managing their requests and reservations Apply company guidelines to solve issues, while thinking creatively when standard solutions aren’t enough Take initiative to foresee and resolve potential problems before they arise Keep up with product developments and feature rollouts to stay informed about new offerings Core Skills/experience Proficiency and experience with GDS Amadeus Experience in the corporate travel industry is a plus Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer support Strong organizational and prioritization skills Empathetic and attentive to client needs Quick learner and tech-savvy Honest and trustworthy team player Passionate about travel!
