he main responsibility will be business development and project management in the nuclear decommissioning business unit.
utiesReporting to the management of the nuclear business unit, your main tasks will be.
usiness Development Identify business opportunities in the nuclear decommissioning sector both nationally and internationally.
Develop strategic relationships with customers, partners and relevant regulatory bodies in the nuclear industry.
Prepare and present commercial and technical proposals for tenders and projects.
Analyze international markets to assess risks, entry barriers and growth opportunities.
Project Management Lead decommissioning projects, ensuring compliance with time, cost and quality objectives.
Ensure compliance with national and international safety, quality and environmental regulations.
Manage budgets and contracts associated with projects, reporting progress to company management.
Act as the main point of contact with clients and other stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with project objectives.
Skills and Competences Negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
Leadership and decision-making skills in complex environments.
Results orientation and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Flexibility and availability to travel.
