A challenging job to inspire & nurture a better future, every day.What are we looking for?We are seeking an energetic, creative, and highly organized Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Sales team, based in Barcelona/Madrid for the DACH Market. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in identifying market potential and engaging prospective customers creatively to generate valuable business opportunities.Main tasks and responsibilities:Your primary focus will be on the French markets implementing outbound strategies and building a robust pipeline of opportunities.Making fluency in English and GermanSales Environment: Our work environment primarily revolves around B2B (Business-to-Business) sales.Having familiarity with SaaS (Software as a Service) environments can provide valuable insights.Orchestrating cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation for new customers.Conducting high-level discussions with C-Level and VP-Level Executives, addressing their unique business requirements.We would love to know more about you if you have:1-2 years of proven experience as a Business Development RepresentativeExperience in SaaS environmentsExperience working with Mid-market & Enterprise companiesExperience in Start-up companies is highly desirableAbility to work autonomously and remotely.Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with the Madrid-based central teamNative in German and fluent in EnglishPreferable deep understanding of the HR landscapeMotivation to master a BDR role before moving to the Account teamExperience with cold calling, Hubspot (sequences) and LinkedIn Sales navigatorStrong personal ownership, great proactivity and solid team playerInterest in psychology and mental health.What do we offer?Full-time, fixed contract (Monday to Friday)Fully remote and flexible working hours.Flexible remuneration with tax exemption through CobeePrivate health insurance with Alan.Gympass MembershipFull access to ifeel psychological therapy with your dedicated psychologist.Free fruit, snacks and drinks in the office.Friday team lunch offered by the company.Join an excellent work environment with an international team and make a real impact in a rapidly scaling start-up with great growth potential.We highly appreciate your interest. ifeel an equal opportunity employer: all applicants will beconsidered for employment without attention to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation,gender identity, national origin, veteran or disability status.
