About The InternshipOur Internship Program lasts 3-6 months. You will be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business. We offer expansive mentorship from Cainiao employees to guide you through your internship experience and for you to build personal connections and friendships with hardworking people who share your passion for technology.What You'll Do1. Assist in creating and enhancing the customer analytics framework, optimizing analytical and forecasting models; 2. Responsible for following up on project operational quality, assisting with new requirement liaisons, writing requirement documents, and verifying data; 3. Analyze data with a customer-centric approach, solve problems, and design solutions to increase the efficiency of the delivery process;Basic Qualifications1. University students currently pursuing a bachelor's/ master's degree in any subject (Logistics/ Supply Chain is preferred);2. Strong desire to learn, with excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities; 3. Lively personality, able to react quickly in a constantly changing environment and work under pressure; 4. Exceptional data analysis skills, capable of independent data analysis and proposing data-driven solutions. Requires excellent oral and written communication skills in English and the local language, proficiency in Mandarin is preferred; 5.
