Job Description We are looking for a Business Analyst to join the "Center of Expertise," with the responsibility of coordinating and optimizing the implementation of the process automation platform from an IT perspective.
We are seeking a candidate with experience in business analysis, process automation, and solution integration, with a particular focus on platforms such as Camunda 8.
Responsibilities.
Collaborate with the Corporate IT Automation team, including.
IT Project Manager.
project management.
Solution Architect.
solution design (focused on operations; the build phase is managed by PF Enterprise Architecture).
Work closely with the Center of Expertise, which provides.
Enablement and technical support.
Technical frameworks and training so that PF entities can design, implement, and manage their automation processes.
Process automation analytics.
Third-party Integration (Camunda Integrator).
ensure the technical integration of Camunda 8 in collaboration with the team, ideally maintaining geographical proximity to the Center of Expertise for better coordination.
Qualifications Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in creating BPMN models using a BPM platform.
Proven experience in creating and delivering management reports, as well as defining and tracking KPIs.
Familiarity with the Camunda platform (v7 or v8) is highly desirable and considered a strong advantage.
Understanding of business processes in the financial services or banking industry is a plus.
Knowledge of BNPP Group or BNPP PF business processes is an added advantage.
