Job Description Meets with customers individually or in group settings, presenting program overviews and services, and provides customer service Maintains complete, accurate and timely data entry and related records in manual and or electronic systems Support community outreach events and provide outreach to referrals who fail to show for appointments May assist in eligibility determination, data entry May conduct orientations for community outreach purposes Create update and ensure completion of plans according to contract deadlines Attends scheduled meetings to discuss progress Provide quality customer service in both Spanish and English Other duties as assigned Qualifications Strong communication skills.
Knowledge about community resources and workforce development is a plus.
Able to work with and relate to customers and be culturally sensitive.
Strong organizational skills.
Must be computer literate and have MS Word and Excel skills at minimum, and the ability to learn specialized databases and software systems.
High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
Bachelor’s degree in related field or a satisfactory equivalent of education and experience preferred.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
Additional Information The home office for this role may be in Boise or Caldwell, ID.
The starting pay rate for this full-time role is $ per hour.
This role requires being bilingual in Spanish and English.
