Description Scopely is looking for a CG Supervisor to join our Marketing team Flamed in Barcelona Office on a Hybrid basis.

What You Will Do We are in the early stages of developing an exciting and action-packed game.
As part of this team, you will lead the 3D production pipeline and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality assets for both in-game and marketing use.
Supervise the entire 3D Production, from modeling to rendering.
Provide creative and technical feedback to the 3D team.
Ensure assets meet quality standards and are optimized for Unreal Engine.
Collaborate with the Producer and 3D Lead (TD) to handle asset delivery timelines.
Guide the artistic direction of 3D assets in alignment with the game's vision.
Create art proposals and briefs for creative projects.
What We're Looking For Confirmed experience leading a 3D production team.
A Strong artistic vision and critical thinking.
High understanding of Maya and Unreal Engine.
Familiarity with Game Engines and Pipelines.
Strong portfolio showcasing your experience in 3D pipelines.
Exceptional leadership, outstanding communication, and organizational skills.
Professional proficiency in English at a technical level.
