Our primary goal is to catalyze digital transformation across Europe by driving digital change adoption, orchestrating change implementation, and ensuring effective communication of their impacts.You’ll be part of the Change & Communications team, reporting to the Change Communication Lead and supporting the planning and execution of communication strategies for change initiatives within the organization. These strategies are deployed to engage with employees, address their concerns and facilitate the adoption of any digital-led changes.This internship offers you a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in change communication, leveraging digital communication tools, platforms but also mindset to drive effective change adoptions across the organization.What You Will Learn: Gain hands-on experience in change communication, leveraging digital communication tools and platforms.Contribute to the development and implementation of communication strategies within Enterprise IT Europe.Create compelling content through storytelling principles to promote our activities to target audiences.Develop impactful multimedia production such as videos, infographics, and podcasts.Manage and engage our diverse audiences through internal social media platforms.Assist in enhancing the communication skills of Enterprise IT Europe team members.Participate in organizing internal events and associated communication campaigns.Analyze results from change communication actions or campaigns.Serve as a role model in brand management, ensuring all communications align with our brand's values and messaging.Are You the One We're Looking For? Currently studying a degree or master’s in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and digital collaboration tools.Basic understanding of data analytics and reporting tools.Enthusiasm for digital technologies and their impact on business processes.Creative and innovative mindset.Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn and adapt to new technologies and organizational changes.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.Fluent in English, both written and verbally as you will be part of a global team.Able to sign an internship with your university.What We Offer: A tailored experience designed to enhance your learning and developmentPaid internships with flexible hours (minimum 20 hours and maximum 30 hours per week, €700-900/month)Monthly development and employability enhancement sessions (Trainee's Academy)Structured tracking of your progress and learningFlexibility to balance the internship with your studiesOne day of free time per month (cumulative)Duration of at least 6 months with the possibility of extension or permanent employmentDoes this sound like the perfect opportunity for you?
