CHANGE COMMUNICATION SPECIALIST FMD

100% The Change Communication Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring smooth transitions during the adoption of new technologies within the company.
You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to manage the human impact of changes focusing on Microsoft 365 Confluence and AI tools in a growing organization.
Based in Madrid this position requires occasional travel.
What you will do.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to conduct thorough impact assessments to understand how each project will affect different departments roles and processes using this insight to inform change management plans and mitigate risks Develop and execute effective change management plans including communication and training plans.
Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities and produce communication materials such as emails newsletters and presentations.
Identify and mentor change champions providing active and visible coaching to support successful change adoption Develop KPIs to measure employee adoption and communication effectiveness.
Provide ongoing support ensuring smooth integration of new initiatives.
What you bring & who you are.
Bachelors degree in Business Communications or Marketing.
Change Management certification (Prosci preferred).
Experience with internal communications and change management processes.
Knowledge of collaboration tools like Microsoft 365 and Confluence.
Proficiency in both English and Spanish; German is a plus.
