Change management to help employee´s transition in the process of transformation is a at the core of our activity. We are hiring! We are looking for a CHANGE MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT based in Madrid. What you will do You will develop your work supporting the implementation of projects in clients during the complete cycle of our projects. Some of your key activities will be: Participation in cultural transformation projects: Analysis and diagnosis phase, Development of working models Change management. Design and facilitation of workshops with clients and different stakeholders. Travel is required, in Spain and Europe. Business development: Follow-up of on prospects, supporting the business development strategy Management of customer relations for the coordination, in support of regional management, of projects for new forms of work and evolution of the current and future employee experience. Your profile:A university degree in any relevant field (business sciences, psychology, communication, anthropology, philosophy, sociology, engineering etc). Fluency (C2) in English is a mandatory requirement for this role – please note candidates who do not meet this requirement will not be considered for this role. Spanish is not mandatory, but highly valuable.We are looking for a consultant with around 4-5 years of experience in Change Management. Please note that having previous experience in this field is a mandatory requirement for this job. Experience in internal communication projects is highly valued. Experience in workplace consultancy is highly valued. Experience/ Certifications in transformation, change methodologies and project Methodologies such as Prosci, LeanSigma, PMI, Prince, Agile, Scrum is valued. Fluency in French or German is highly valued. Excellent use of Windows tools and Office packages, especially PowerPoint and Excel. Willingness and availability to travel internationally is required. You are based in Madrid.
