CHAPTER LEAD, BI & CS DEVELOPMENT

You´ll be in charge of the following responsibilities   • The Chapter Lead will manage and coach the developers working for different squads, delivering initiatives covering the BI, data warehouse and ERP domain, but also act as a contributor to the success of the projects in his/her squads.
• Provide technical leadership in area of responsibility, ensure high quality of the technical delivery of the team members and alignment with standards and delivery procedures.
• Build and enable the chapter to self-organize to best serve our customers; working to ensure Chapter is aligned to the needs of the business areas served through continuous alignment and collaboration.
• Organize resource allocation of chapter members to squads and orchestrate the contribution of the chapter in coordination with the priorities coming from Product Owners and business stakeholders.
• Provide and relay feedback to Chapter members and manage performance conversations with colleagues.
• Provide advice and guidance, promote knowledge sharing between team members, encourage knowledge sharing and support growth.
• Responsible for recruiting and onboarding of new members, coaching and setting of quality standards.
• Work closely with various teams across the company, shows strong collaboration skills to align efforts, share best practices, and contribute to the global success of our initiatives.
What you bring?   • Strong business and technical acumen, good understanding of overall data, BI and ERP strategies, standards, and industry best practices • Excellent team coordination skills, ability to develop and communicate data development concepts   • Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, planning and execution skills   • Ability to align with various stakeholders on various levels • Advanced experience in Data warehouse development and data modelling.
• Strong experience working with database systems (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL etc.) • Advanced knowledge of Data warehouse concepts and ETL tools (Informatica Powercenter) • Experience with Cloud technologies (Google cloud platform, AWS, Azure etc.) • Good knowledge of data & analytics platforms and visualization tools   Must have technical / professional qualifications and expertise.
