We strive for autonomous and independent ways of working.● Diversity: no day is the same and there is never a dull moment● Growth opportunities, both locally and globallyWhat will you be doing? ● Work closely with the Company CEO to execute on the company vision, strategic and business plan● Champion and ensure alignment with culture and values in all people and processes● Help coordinate the Leadership team● Ensure integration of Business units and city offices overseeing operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.● Identify and address issues or obstacles hindering team performance, providing guidance and support to eliminate them effectively.● Manage and oversee processes for recruiting, developing of key people as well as the company-wide pay and perks council and framework● Cost controlling in line with the business plan, budget and company growth and profitability goals● Implement the management and operating system, ensuring goal alignment and achievement across 3 organizational levels (Leadership Team, Business Units, City Offices) and manage performance and accountability● Ensure company-wide alignment through communication channels (Notion) and company events (Leadership Team, Tech events and City Office events)● Manage company key initiatives, core processes and track core KPI metrics and implement strategies and countermeasure efforts to ensure reach● Work closely with client facing teams to ensure the digitalization of operational processes● Interim management where neededYou have: ● University level business education and MBA from a top-tier business school.● Fluent English speaker (English is the common language within the business).● Experience from a top-tier Consulting firm.● 7+ years experience in an executive position in Operations Area in a digitally driven startup/ scale up.● B2C and B2B as well as service sector experience.● Ability to think strategically and drive execution.● Entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational, multi-tasking and leadership skills.● Analytical, problem solving abilities and experience with tools.● Proven track record of coordinating teams and collaborating with cross-functional groups to set objectives and produce results.● Open-minded mindset with experience and international culture.● Excellent communication and persuasion skills, empathy, active listening and self-control.● Problem-solving, proactive, autonomous and a team player with a collaborative approach at the same time.● Experience with the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) framework is a plus.We look after our employees and collaborators by creating a professional and personal development space.
