The ideal candidate will be highly data-driven, customer-centric, and possess a strong background in commercial strategy development and execution. More specifically, these will be your responsibilities:Drive revenue growth and commercial excellence via a data-driven sales approach to lead the commercial team to achieve unprecedented scale.Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving escalated issues and addressing complex client concerns ensuring client satisfaction. Work closely with the CEO and Senior leadership to translate the strategic objectives into actionable plans and initiatives, ensuring alignment with sales targets and revenue goals. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the sales strategy and performance of the commercial team and pivot when required.Obsess about optimizing the inbound lead qualification process to ensure high-value qualified leads are generated, in partnership with marketing. Review, analyze and optimize the current CRM set-up (Hubspot) to ensure you and the leadership can make data-driven decisions and adjustments to the strategyBecome the torch-carrier for the CRM and ensure that the system is maintained by the team in an accurate manner. Ensuring the data is up-to-date and clean at all times.Lead, coach and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.Build commercial playbooks for the team to follow and continuously update best practices based on performance and output. Maintain a strong digital mindset, leveraging technology and e-commerce trends to enhance commercial operations.Oversee negotiation and closing of high-end real estate transactions, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.Management of team targets and KPI management throughout the full sales cycle. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities to maintain a competitive edge in the market.Who you are:You are a seasoned sales professional with experience in hiring, building and scaling international, complex sales teams. You live for data and leverage the insights to maximize company revenue and team ROI. You have a proven ability to analyze complex datasets from which you derive actionable insights, collaborating closely with the CEO and senior leadership to make strategic decisions. You possess a strong leadership presence, you are adept at motivating and guiding teams towards shared goals, while driving commercial results with precision and efficiency. A customer-centric approach in everything you do is paramount. Job Skills & Qualifications:RequiredMinimum of 8-10 years of experience in commercial roles, with a minimum of 3-5 years of commercial leadership or sales strategy experience. Luxury real estate experience is preferred, but not required. A Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or Real Estate and/or more than 8-10 years experience in related fields. Hands-on experience with designing, building and managing a complex CRM-environment, experience with Hubspot is preferred.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a customer-centric environment. Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.Expertise in utilizing data analytics to inform commercial strategies and decision-making.Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results under pressure.
