Chief Commercial Officer At Savana, we are looking for a Chief Commercial Officer with a robust background in the healthcare sector, who can effectively lead all commercial operations for our Life Sciences and Healthcare business units.
This role is essential to ensure business development and sustainable growth of the company in international markets, including Europe and America.
Major Accountabilities where this role is involved.
Develop and execute commercial strategies for the Life Sciences and Healthcare Organizations business lines, aligned with Savana’s objectives.
Lead the commercial and marketing team, fostering a strong sales culture focused on results and account management.
Identify and develop business opportunities in the healthcare sector, including pharmaceuticals, medical technology companies, and hospitals.
Collaborate with R&D and operations teams (tech+science) to ensure our offerings align with market needs and customer expectations.
Understand and navigate European and American healthcare systems to optimize sales and business development strategies.
Establish strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and account growth.
Analyze business performance and make strategic adjustments as necessary to maximize growth.
Use CRM tools to manage customer relationships and optimize the sales process.
Ensure compliance with Security Policies, Procedures, and Manuals across the company and within the department.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications required.
More than 10 years of experience in sales and business development in the healthcare sector, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
Deep knowledge of the pharmaceutical, medical technology, and healthcare organizations industry, with experience in sales from R&D to business teams.
Experience working at an international level, with a focus on European and American markets.
Good understanding of technology, big data and AI applications in health.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills and strong leadership capability.
Experience managing international sales and business development teams.
Excellent leadership skills and the ability to build and motivate a sales and marketing team.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Strong analytical skills to identify growth opportunities and business development.
Strategic vision and analytical skills to analyze data and make adjustments to strategies.
Experience in handling CRM tools to manage customer relationships.
