The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Data Mesh, Knowledge Graphs, Cloud Architectures, Agentic AI, Vector Search, Ontology, and Semantics concepts. This role requires a visionary leader capable of managing multiple teams and delivering cutting-edge Data and AI products across the Pharma Value Chain.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage cross-functional consulting and engineering teams responsible for the design, development, and deployment of Data and AI products tailored for the Life Science domain.Drive the implementation of Data Mesh, Knowledge Graphs, and Cloud Architectures to ensure scalable and flexible data management solutions.Oversee the development and integration of advanced AI technologies, including Agentic AI and Vector Search, to enhance data discovery and analysis capabilities.Utilize ontology, semantics and data modeling principles to develop unified and context-rich data models across the Pharma Value Chain.Collaborate with stakeholders across R&D, manufacturing, regulatory, and commercial teams to understand data needs and translate them into actionable product strategies.Ensure effective project management practices, employing agile methodologies to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope.Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and improvement within the teams, ensuring alignment with the latest industry trends and technologies.Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Responsible to contribute on the Overall Revenue for the Data BusinessRequirements - Must haveProven experience in leading Data and AI projects within the Life Science sector or a similar domain.In-depth knowledge of Data Mesh, Knowledge Graphs, Cloud Architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP), and related technologies.Expertise in Agentic AI, Vector Search technologies, ontology, and semantic concepts.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.Solid understanding of the Pharma Value Chain, including R&D, manufacturing, regulatory, and commercial processes.Proficiency in agile project management and the ability to drive projects from concept to delivery efficiently.Deep knowledge of DevOps and MLOps principles and best practicesAbility to manage team work in an agile development environment (SCRUM, Kanban) and familiar with SoS and / or SAFe.Requirements - Nice to haveMaster’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.Certifications in Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or relevant data technologies.Prior experience working in or with IT companies specializing in Life Sciences.LanguagesEnglish –C1.
