CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

We are a newly established support arm of a fintech group, with operations across multiple European countries and a diversified portfolio, including lending platforms and other financial products. Based in the Canary Islands, Spain, our company’s mission is to provide comprehensive customer support and operational services that empower our group companies to scale, innovate, and deliver excellent service to their end customers.We are seeking an experienced CEO to lead this support-focused company, shaping and executing our vision to deliver exceptional service across all our fintech subsidiaries.As CEO, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction, growth, and operational success of the support organization, aligning with the goals of the broader fintech group. This is a critical role that requires a seasoned leader who understands the fintech sector, excels in operational management, and can create a unified approach to support services across different products and markets.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESStrategic Direction: Develop and execute the company’s vision, aligning support operations with the strategic goals of the fintech group.Operational Excellence: Design, implement, and optimize support frameworks that ensure high-quality, consistent customer service for diverse financial products.Cross-Company Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact between the support company and the fintech group companies, ensuring seamless integration and communication.Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing, multidisciplinary team dedicated to support excellence; foster a collaborative culture that prioritizes customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.Financial Management: Oversee budget creation and resource allocation, ensuring cost-effective operations that support revenue growth for group companies.Performance Optimization: Establish KPIs, monitor progress, and continuously optimize processes to meet or exceed client and stakeholder expectations.Risk Management & Compliance: Ensure that support operations meet regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of compliance across different European markets.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSResidency: Must be a resident of the Canary Islands, Spain.Language: Fluent English required; Spanish is a plus.Experience: 5+ years in senior leadership, with at an experience in a fintech or financial services environment. Prior experience leading support, operations, or customer experience teams is highly desirable.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.Deep understanding of fintech operations, customer support, and regulatory environmentsProven track record in scaling support or operational teams in a multinational settingStrong financial and operational management skillsExceptional communication, strategic planning, and leadership abilities
