We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Chief Information Officer to shape and lead EFI’s global IT strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience leading global teams, with a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives, digital transformation, leading and delivering business value to their respective organizations. Based in our Castellon, Spain office, the CIO will report directly to our Chief Financial Officer and will play a critical executive level role for the company. This is a hybrid role and the successful candidate will be able to work a hybrid schedule. WHAT WILL YOU DO?Strategic Leadership:Develop and implement the organization's overall IT strategy in alignment with business goals and objectives.Lead the global IT organization as “One Global EFI” and aligned with the EFI values and leadership expectations.Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership on technology investments, initiatives, and opportunities.Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends to ensure the organization remains competitive and innovativeRationalize global architecture and services for improved user productivity and TCO.Form strategic partnerships in support of achieving Business goals.IT Operations and Infrastructure:Select and support User collaboration tools and support strategies ensuring Employee productivity.Oversee the management and achievement of service level agreements for the organization's IT infrastructure, including networks, offices, servers, systems, and data centers.Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of IT systems and infrastructure to meet the organization's needs.Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards to maintain compliance and mitigate risks.Rationalize infrastructure footprint for consolidation and modernization reducing risk and TCO.Information Security, Privacy and Risk Management:Develop and implement information security strategies and programs to protect the organization's data, systems, and networks from cyber threats, breaches and regulatory violations.Assess and mitigate IT risks, vulnerabilities, and exposures through proactive measures and controls.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, laws, 3-party assessments and industry standards related to information security and privacy.Application Development and Integration:Lead the development, integration, and deployment of software applications and solutions to support business processes and operations.Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to identify technology needs and requirements, and translate them into actionable IT projects.Drive innovation and digital transformation initiatives through the adoption of new technologies and platforms.Rationalize current ERP ecosystem and identify transformation roadmap to asset light, user configurable environment.Define Enterprise Data standards driving data integrity throughout the digital business life-cycle and ensuring the Business has necessary information to facilitate decision making.IT Governance and Vendor Management:Establish and maintain effective IT governance frameworks, processes, and structures to ensure accountability, transparency, and alignment with business objectives.Manage relationships with IT vendors, service providers, and partners to optimize value, performance, and service levels.Negotiate contracts, agreements, and service level agreements (SLAs) with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality of services.Oversee and execute on TSAs (Transitional Service Agreement) for M&A activity.Team Leadership and Talent Development:Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT team capable of executing the organization's IT strategy and initiatives.Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the IT organization and the Business.Provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to team members to support their growth and development.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.Proven experience (typically 10+ years) in senior IT leadership roles, with a track record of driving strategic initiatives and delivering business value. Experience in ERP transformation and implementation.Experience and accountability leading technology supporting Manufacturing, Service and Sales and MarketingStrong technical expertise across a broad range of IT domains, including infrastructure, security, applications, and emerging technologies.Excellent leadership, communication, change management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and across global locations.Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into technology solutions and initiatives.Experience managing IT budgets, vendor relationships, outsourcing arrangements and M&A’s.
