We are seeking an experienced CIO to drive digital transformation and optimize our technological infrastructure, enabling seamless global operations and enhancing customer experiences.Position Overview:The CIO will be responsible for developing and executing the company's IT strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives across global markets. This role requires an in-depth understanding of the FMCG landscape and extensive experience in SAP systems to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and cross-functional integration.Key Responsibilities:Strategic IT Leadership:Develop and implement an innovative IT roadmap to support business goals and growth.Drive digital transformation, prioritizing projects that improve agility, efficiency, and scalability across global operations.Lead change management initiatives and promote a digital culture within the organization.SAP System Optimization:Oversee the integration and optimization of SAP systems across regions, ensuring seamless data flow and real-time analytics capabilities.Collaborate with key stakeholders to leverage SAP for process automation, improved supply chain visibility, and inventory management efficiency.Continuously assess and refine SAP modules to meet evolving business needs.Global IT Governance and Compliance:Ensure compliance with global IT regulations, data privacy laws, and security protocols.Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies to protect company data and systems.Establish governance frameworks and IT policies to uphold data integrity and operational reliability.Team Leadership and Development:Lead and inspire a diverse, global IT team, fostering professional growth and technical expertise.Build a high-performing team capable of supporting global initiatives and responding proactively to emerging IT trends.Vendor and Stakeholder Management:Manage vendor relationships, including negotiation and contract management, to ensure optimal service delivery and cost-efficiency.Collaborate with other executive leaders to align IT investments with company objectives and drive cross-departmental synergies.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the FMCG industry.Extensive experience with SAP systems, including ERP integration, process optimization, and module management.Proven track record of leading digital transformation and implementing large-scale technology projects.Strong understanding of global IT compliance and cybersecurity best practices.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Skills:Familiarity with emerging technologies (AI, machine learning, IoT) as they apply to FMCG.Experience with data analytics and BI tools for enhanced decision-making.Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a strategic, solutions-focused mindset.
