Descripción de la oferta de empleo
Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los equipos internos para gestionar eficientemente las reclamaciones.
Evaluar la validez de las reclamaciones y determinar la responsabilidad de la empresa.
Proporcionar asesoramiento y apoyo a los clientes durante el proceso de reclamaciones.
Mantener registros precisos y actualizados de todas las reclamaciones.El/la candidato/a seleccionado deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos:Grado en Finanzas, Economía o campo relacionado.
Experiencia previa en un rol de Técnico/a de Reclamaciones de al menos 2 años.
Amplio conocimiento de los procesos de reclamaciones ramo specialty.
Excelente nivel de inglés: Lo utilizarás a diario con supervisor, compañeros y clientes
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y atención al cliente.
Capacidad para trabajar en un ambiente de equipo y bajo presión.
Alto nivel de precisión y atención al detalle.
Habilidades sólidas de resolución de problemas.
