We are looking for a Client Advisor to join our new outlet boutique in Las Rozas Village, Madrid, open for a temporary period of 1 year.
As a Client Advisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the store’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Engagement: Manage the client experience from start to finish, creating desire and excitement around our brand. Build lasting relationships with both existing and new clients, focusing on client loyalty and recruitment.
• Sales: Meet and exceed sales goals by applying up-selling, cross-selling, and clienteling techniques. Participate in one-to-one appointments and other sales opportunities like walk-ins and phone consignment.
• Operations & Visual Merchandising: Handle all sales and after-sales activities, including returns, repairs, and product maintenance. Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked and aligned with visual merchandising guidelines.
• Brand Representation: Embody the brand’s values and ethos, enhancing the customer experience through storytelling and emotional engagement.
