CLIENT ON-BOARDING ANALYST

As such, teamwork, creativity, reliability and integrity are components of a work ethic taken very seriously since the company was founded in 1959.Tradition is currently seeking to appoint an Client on-boarding Analyst to be based within the Madrid office.Main responsibilities within the Client on-boarding Analyst position include:Overseeing the entire client on-boarding process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.Collect, review, and verify client documentation for accuracy and compliance with AML and KYC regulations.Staying up to date with new regulations and ensure all on-boarding activities adhere to legal and internal policies.Accurately enter and maintain client information in internal systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.Acting as the primary contact for clients, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.Collaborating with internal departments such as compliance to facilitate smooth on-boarding and resolve any issues.Identifying areas for improvement in the on-boarding process and participate in implementing new procedures for efficiency.Key skills, experience and competencies required in this role:Fluent in both English and Spanish1 year experience in on-boarding all client types (banks, asset managers, hedge funds, commodities)Due diligence knowledge (SDD and EDD)Basic understanding of Mifid, FATCA, CRSBasic knowledge of EU, US, UK sanctions is required as well as anti-bribery requirementsAbility to work under pressure in a team environmentCompliance with the company policies and applicable lawsGive Up Agreements knowledge would be desirableTradition do not accept agency CV’s.
