As a CNC Machinist II (Set-Up) you’ll play a crucial role in our mission by operating and troubleshooting advanced CNC machines to craft high-quality parts for the Aerospace and Automotive industries.
You’ll work with a variety of machinery, including lathes, mills, grinders such as Haas, Fadal, Mori Seiki and Okuma, ensuring precision and quality in every piece you produce.

p-p What We’re Looking For.
• Expertise in independently setting up complex, advanced, and non-routine jobs.
• Proficiency in using measuring equipment like micrometers and calipers.
• Ability to follow written procedures and work routers accurately.
• Experience in dismantling jigs, tools, and special fixtures.
• Skills in making and modifying tooling as necessary.
• Willingness to train and mentor co-workers on CNC machine operations and inspection techniques.
• A keen eye for maintaining drawing specifications by monitoring for dimensional and visual accuracy.
• Commitment to safe handling of raw materials and hazardous waste, in line with environmental standards.
• Dedication to performing preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure longevity and efficiency.

High School Diploma or equivalent (Candidates with significant experience may be considered in place of formal education).
• Experience.
A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in performing adjustments and offsets in CNC Machining for both Mills and Lathes (Required).

Strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with excellent organizational abilities.
• Work Ethic.
A dedicated professional with a strong work ethic, keen attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining excellent attendance.
Flexibility to work overtime when necessary is also essential.
