With an in-house architecture studio, we’re now ready to expand into the UK, especially in the London area—a move inspired by the requests of many of our English clients here in Spain.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Commercial & Marketing Manager to lead our marketing campaigns and client relationship initiatives in both Spain and the UK. This role is key to establishing our company’s presence, fostering relationships, and driving business growth across both regions. Based in our Málaga office with occasional travel to London, you will work with a dynamic team to execute strategies that enhance our brand and drive client engagement.Key Responsibilities1. Marketing and Campaign ManagementPlan, implement, and oversee advertising and social media campaigns across Spain and the UK, ensuring alignment with our brand’s vision and objectives.Manage social media platforms, engaging with followers and analyzing performance metrics to optimize reach and impact.Update and manage website content in both English and Spanish to ensure accurate, engaging, and up-to-date information.2. Client Relationship ManagementAct as the face of our company, building and nurturing relationships with clients to create a positive, lasting impression.Conduct regular client communications through phone calls, WhatsApp, and video calls to provide support and updates, fostering trust and satisfaction.Develop and deliver client presentations to effectively communicate our services, showcasing our offerings and approach in a compelling manner.Support the sales and follow-up processes, maintaining contact with prospects and guiding them through our service offerings.3. Business Development and Brand RepresentationAttend meetings in London as needed to strengthen client relationships, present business proposals, and explore new business opportunities.Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities by understanding the market trends and client needs in both Spain and the UK.Required Skills & QualificationsLanguages: Native-level English and advanced proficiency in Spanish.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.Experience:Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a commercial or marketing role, ideally with a focus on digital marketing and client relations.Proven ability to manage advertising campaigns, website updates, and social media.Technical Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint for client presentations.Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and website CMS platforms (e.g Square Space) is highly desirable.Soft Skills:Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.What We OfferCompetitive salary package (€35,000 - €40,000 annually).Hybrid working model for a balanced work-life dynamic.
