We are committed to creating a more beautiful, respectful and engaging way to do advertising.KEY FIGURES2014 · Founded by two ex-Googlers2018 · 16M total turnover & Internationalization & Getting growth2021 · Capital raise of 40M€ & +12 countries & +300 Seedtaggers2022 · Funding round of 250M€ + expansion into the U.S. market + 400 Seedtaggers2024 · Expansion into 17 countries + 550 SeedtaggersYOUR CHALLENGEProgram DesignCreates principles that guide the design and adoption of complex compensation and benefits programs..Identifies need for change based on external market, builds and communicates business case for new or changing compensation programs (e.g., promotions, stock awards, base pay, recognition, in-business programs), and facilitates the acceptance of the overall costs, principles, and impact of proposed changes with senior executives in partnership with CHROProgram ImplementationActs as a thought leader and project manager in implementing large or global compensation or benefits programs (e.g., wellness programs, healthcare, family benefits). Develops change and readiness plans.Coaches the organization on mitigation strategies and potential legal and regulatory implications of Compensation or benefits change and readiness plans by staying up to date on relevant legislation and policies-Program ManagementLeads and, in partnership with the People Ops team, drives execution of large, complex, or custom compensation programs and ensures that programs support the business and HR plans. Manages and reviews compensation analyses and reports. Presents findings and recommendations to senior leadership for review and approval of compensation models in partnership with HRBP. Monitors program effectiveness (e.g., participation, attrition impact).Runs complex benefits programs (e.g., spanning multiple countries, high participant volume, highly regulated) encompassing annual processes and collateral resources, and ensures that the programs support the business and HR by monitoring progress and results and adapting to competing demands, market trends, and organizational changes.
