ABOUT USMinor Hotels is a global hospitality group operating over 540 hotels, resorts and residences in 56 countries in Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, Africa, the Indian Ocean, Europe and the Americas.As a hotel owner, operator and investor, Minor Hotels fulfils the needs and desires of today’s global travellers through its diverse portfolio of eight hotel brands – Anantara, Avani, Elewana, NH, NH Collection, nhow, Oaks and Tivoli.As part of Minor Hotels, the region of Minor Europe and the Americas is responsible for more than 350 properties in 30 countries and plans to grow across all segments, with a focus on its upper-upscale and luxury brands.JOB SUMMARYAs the Compensation, Benefits and People Analytics specialist, you will partner and collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver our compensation core initiatives.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESAnalyze company’s compensation data for internal and external benchmarking activities utilizing existing and identifying competitive market information.Assist to the Global annual variable remuneration process.Work with salary benchmarking providers to secure competitiveness.Coordinate the different aspects of an International Assignment successfully.Drive effective implementation and communication of total reward programs and processes such as annual compensation review, short- and long-term incentive plans, budget - ensuring the Business Unit Compensation teams are sufficiently informed and equipped to support the business.Coordinate communication of compensation information to employees and other HR groups. Total Compensation Statement.Compensation processes set up: 7P.Handling Flexible RemunerationEXPERIENCE4-5 years' Compensation and Benefits / People Analytics experience with multinational companiesExperience driving benefits programs.Demonstrated experience with SAP and WTW job levelling tool.Experience working in an international corporate matrix environment is a plus.QUALIFICATIONSProfessional HR qualification.Knowledge in SSFF is valuable.Languages: Fluent English and Spanish. PREFERRED SKILLSFull understanding of Compensation & Benefits functions and best practices.Works independently with minimal guidance and acts as a compensation/benefits resource to solve complex problems or problems where precedent may not exist.Knowledge in JIRA ticketing valuable. Knowledge in SAP HCM is valuable. Strong working knowledge in Microsoft Office and EXCEL proficiency.
