The successful candidate will play a critical role in developing and executing purchasing strategies, ensuring seamless procurement management aligned with project milestones, and negotiating with a diverse range of vendors globally.Key Responsibilities:Formulate purchasing strategies for the company and individual projects.Ensure procurement activities align with project milestones.Anticipate and mitigate procurement risks to meet project deadlines.Collaborate with a broad network of companies and clients worldwide.Negotiate terms with vendors from various categories and countries.Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure the best pricing and delivery terms.Analyze potential vendors based on material requirements and project specifications.Participate in developing negotiation strategies to optimize outcomes and foresee potential issues.Assess vendor performance to ensure compliance with project standards and timelines.Handle supplementary agreements, back charges, acceleration plans, and liquidated damages efficiently.Utilize experience in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC), reimbursable, and fast-track projects.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in procurement, preferably within the oil and gas industry.Proficient in procurement software and tools.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.Relevant procurement and supply chain certifications are desirable (e.g., CIPS, CPSM).In addition, at K-LAGAN we want you to enjoy the whole experience being part of our team, that's why we offer:- TEAM BUILDING activities.- CONTINUOUS FOLLOW-UP.- CAREERS AND TRAINING DEPARTMENT offering a wide range of formations.- SPECIAL EVENTS: Summer Dinner, Christmas Dinner and Solidarity Day.- BIRTHDAY OFF: enjoy it how, where and with whom you want!- DISCOUNTS in kindergartens, GYM, and many more...Think it could be interesting for you?Sign up!
