We are currently looking for Consultants / Senior Consultants for the Banking division in Madrid.What Will Your Role Be?Managing strategy projects in hybrid or agile environments, ensuring progress across multiple workstreams to deliver high-quality results, meet tight deadlines, and proactively address challenges through effective stakeholder management and communication.Keep up to date with local and global banking trends, identifying opportunities to improve the value proposition.Play a key role in strategic projects, from understanding business activities to extracting insights that support decision-making.Define key performance indicators and develop dashboards to identify potential areas for improvement.Collaborate in defining and enhancing the value proposition in coordination with the company’s business and transformation areas.Develop business approaches and proposals for sector clients.Work with the team to prioritize and prepare go-to-market plans.What Are We Looking For?Specific Requirements:University degree (preferably in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or similar).Excellent Master’s degree in business strategy, business & economics, or a comparable course of study.At least 2+ years of experience in management consulting, preferably in the financial sector and/or in the context of transformation and digitalizationPractical experience and preferably certification in project management methodology (classic and agile), business process management and continuous improvementLanguages: Spanish, Catalan preferred, Advanced English (C1) written and spoken.
