Consulting Partner - Retail SectorCompetitive base & packageSpain – PermanentA prominent global consulting firm is looking to hire an experienced Consulting Partner with deep expertise in consumer products, hospitality, and travel & tourism to join their team in Spain.This role requires a candidate with a proven track record in leading large-scale transformation initiatives, ideally within technology, cloud, and data-focused solutions.The ideal candidate will have a strong network within these industries and be able to leverage their experience to drive complex deals and build long-term relationships.Key Responsibilities:Spearhead consulting engagements in the retail sector, with a focus on driving value through expertise in consumer products, hospitality, and travel & tourism.Establish, maintain, and expand key client relationships, identifying and targeting organizations with strong opportunities for growth.Lead a team of senior consultants and ensure the successful delivery of high-impact projects.Map out and evaluate potential partner candidates from top organizations, understanding their industry focus and client connections.Assess key team members within competing firms to understand their client portfolios and direct reporting lines.Ideal Profile of the Consulting Partner:Proven experience as a Partner or Director within top consulting firmsExtensive experience in IT Engineering, Cloud, Data Migration, and Automation, ideally within consumer products, hospitality, and T&T sectors.A history of leading significant transformation projects, particularly involving cloud migration, data transformation, and AI-driven solutions.A track record of success in managing client relationships and leading high-value deals across diverse sectors such as Retail, Consumer Goods, Hospitality and Travel & Tourism.This is a unique opportunity to join a market leading firm and drive transformative projects within the retail industry.
