Overseeing the preparation of individual and consolidated financial information for company entities, ensuring strict adherence to both national and international standards.
This oversight is crucial for accurate reporting to senior management and governing bodies.
Responsabilities  Planning Establishment of criteria for the annual budgets to be prepared by the centers.
Coordination in their preparation.
Operational Accounting and Financial Administration Internalization of accounting processes (other countries) after initial exercises conducted by external parties and monitoring compliance with local regulations.
Supervision of monthly financial and analytical closings.
Resolution of operational incidents (systems, resolution of accounting queries).
Establish accounting criteria for the treatment of various company transactions.
Ensure the correct consolidation of the entities within its scope.
Reporting Validation and reporting of results.
Center management.
Business results by center.
Sales, EBITDA -monthly- Dashboard tracking.
Top Management and Board.
Aggregate business results -monthly- Dashboard tracking.
Top Management and Board.
Quarterly financial statements consolidation.
Team Management Define and communicate to its management and Human Resources requests regarding staffing and define required positions and profiles.
Co-decision maker in hiring.
Provide continuous feedback to team members.
Training of the accounting managers team and supervision of others.
Decision-making regarding vacations and proposing promotions, dismissals, etc.
Others Coordination and monitoring of ongoing projects with various internal and external stakeholders, especially Project Managers.
Applies to new centers or major expansions.
Autonomous Community process.
organize external advisors to ensure compliance on time.
Previous Experience.
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in similar positions as Accounting Manager, Controller, or Management Control roles.
Highly recommended experience in international accounting regulations.
Spanish General Accounting Plan (PGC) US GAAP UK GAAP Proficiency in English Solid accounting foundation acquired in Audit or Consulting.
