CONTROLLING ANALYST

Performance of tasks that are usually performed with some level of initiative and autonomy from the employee executing them.
Always carried out under supervision.
Direct report to the R&D & Project Controlling Team Leader.
How can you become part of our success?    Monthly reporting including deviation analysis for subdivision XE.
Participation, preparation, and coordination of business plan (Forecast, Budget, Strategic Plan).
Preparation of reporting for all stakeholders.
Handling of BU4 internal and corporate queries.
Enhancement of reporting.
Participation in special projects (M&A, Business Cases, shop floor management, etc.).
Preparation of result presentations.
Support for global XE plants and R&D center.
What skills do you need?    Degree in Business Administration or related field.
Controlling and finance (treasury/ accounting) background At least 3-5 years of working experience.
English (C1), German will be a plus.
MS Office/Excel IT / software affinity SAP migration knowledge  Profitability and result driven Business/operations oriented Team player / communication and organization skills Self-motivated Analytical thinking Intercultural open-minded International travel mobility   What does MAHLE offer you?   Attractive salary package.
