Greenwich Academy is a small, friendly, well-established English Language school in Lugo, Galicia.
We are recruiting experienced and enthusiastic EFL teachers for the academic year .
We are especially interested in imaginative and warm candidates who have experience working with young learners and very young learners from the age of 3 years.
We also offer classes for older school age students and adults and each teacher is required to teach a mix of ages including preparing students for the Cambridge English exams.
The position is for a minimum of 20 hours contact teaching time with occasional extra hours required on an ad hoc basis depending on the time of year.
Our lessons focus on fun communication-based tasks and teacher responsibilities include.
· Preparation and delivery of communicative English lessons · Class administration.
· Attendance at team meetings.
· Assistance with exam preparation.
· Writing a termly report for each child.
Experience preparing students for the Cambridge English examinations essential.

It is essential that candidates already have permission to work in the EU or an EU member state passport.
