Grupo Mambo is a family business with more than 500 professionals and 20 business units on the island. We are looking for COOKS for our premises in San Antonio (Ibiza).
Duties:
Preparation, preparation of dishes according to the centre’s own guidelines.
Autonomy between batches.
Experience in hot and cold batches.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to manage workload.
Requirements:
Previous experience in the position offered 3 years or more.
Proficiency in Mediterranean, signature or Italian cuisine.
We offer:
Indefinite contract with start date: 30/05/24- until 31/10/24.
Different working hours depending on the location:
Fixed afternoon schedule: 16-00:00h).
Rotating weekly schedule: 9-17h /17-01h)
