Overview Are you interested in joining a dynamic and international team of professionals to transform education?  IE University's Provost's Office department is looking for a Coordinator - Global Academic Partnerships & Alliances  to join its team!   The office of Global Academic Partnerships & Alliances seeks two coordinators to join the team.
The department centralizes all academic partnerships across the six IE University Schools and manages the internationalization strategy of the University's academic partnership portfolio.
GAPA forms part of the Provost's Office and collaborates closely with key commercial, operational, and strategic departments across the University.
The ideal candidates for these positions will be highly organized, collaborative, and proactive, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, have international experience, and 1-3 years of general work experience, preferably in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities Your role as a Coordinator - Global Academic Partnerships & Alliances will involve.
Provides operational support to the area of Academic Partnerships & Alliances.
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of new and existing agreements, partnership development activities, short programs for partners, agreement database, and other departmental activities in conjunction with other department coordinator.
Conducts research and benchmarking to support activities of department.
Prepares reports, presentations, agendas, and other communications as needed.
Collaborates with various teams across the university, including mobility, academic, and commercial teams.
This position reports to the Associate Director of Global Academic Partnerships & Alliances.
Coordinate with Director and Legal Department the preparation and delivery of academic agreement renewals, new agreements, updates or cancelations Management of agreement tracking and full data base Coordinate and administer the Erasmus EWP platform for new, current, potential agreements & renewals for Erasmus+ partners Interface with partners for day-to-day partnership-related procedures Interface with internal undergraduate and master stakeholders for exchange related Research and prepare reports with engaging visual and written content Support unit on research and benchmarking projects Collaborate with other departments on partner-related activities Coordinate department travel Manage billing, invoices, and other financial tasks for department Coordinate logistics and support with partner visits Coordinate and execute short programs for partners.
This may require travel to program site(s).
Qualifications To thrive in this role you should have.
Bachelor's degree Minimum 3 years of professional experience Fluency in both English and Spanish, (verbal and written) Excellent organizational and communication skills Availability to travel 1-3 times per year Strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) Cross-cultural/international experience Detail-oriented Highly proactive Collaborative, team player It's time to bring your best and make your mark.
