Besides that, you will be in the driving seat in defining your own career journey, as Swissport can offer you a world of knowledge and personal development!Job DetailsThis new global Corporate Financing role will play a critical role in managing the financing and financial processes for Ground Support Equipment (GSE) purchases and operations across all Swissport Group companies. This senior role will work cross-functionally and globally, coordinating with country CFOs, Group Treasury, procurement teams, shared service centre, lessors, and other financiers to ensure efficient management of financing agreements, and related finance processes. The role demands a high level of financial expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across various departments and geographies. You will report in this role to the Senior Treasury Manager.Main ResponsibilitiesGlobal Ground Support Equipment (GSE) Financing Coordination:Gather and analyze capital expenditure forecasts from the procurement teams to ensure alignment with financing strategies.Collaborate with Group Treasury and country CFOs to coordinate capex financing strategies, ensuring alignment with global financial objectives.Identify and assess local financing options in coordination with Group Treasury and country CFOs, maintaining records of financing facilities and key terms and conditions.Track and report local lease facility usage to Group Treasury and CFOs to ensure transparency and compliance.Management of Swissport Equipment Financing (AssetCo)Ensure timely payment of invoices to GSE manufacturers, ensuring payment accuracy and compliance.Facilitate equipment financing drawdown processes by arranging notices, reports, required conditions precedents, and signatures.Work closely with the Risk Manager to coordinate lease pricing and ensure compliance with risk management policies.Organize and arrange internal lease agreements, ensuring proper documentation and legal compliance.Collaborate with the Group Treasury on equipment financing strategies, hedging strategies, ensuring efficient financing and effective risk management practices.Ensure all transactions are properly recorded and reconciled in the transactional systems (TMS, Lease engine, ERP).Management of reporting and compliance obligationsEnsure all reporting obligations under Senior Facilities Agreement, securitization, and AssetCo loan agreements are proactively met, including the timely submission of quarterly financial statements and compliance certificates.Liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure financial agreements are in compliance with established terms and conditions.Skills and Qualifications:Strong financial acumen, with experience in equipment financing, leasing, or asset management.Exceptional coordination and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams globally.Experience in setting up and managing complex financial processes and reporting obligations.Proficient in financial systems and tools, such as TMS and ERPs, and advanced Excel skills.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Experience:A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a global or multinational organization.Experience in the aviation industry or related sectors is an advantage.Fluency in EnglishKey Personal AttributesResults-oriented with a strong focus on execution and delivering value.Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Collaborative and able to build strong relationships across different functions and geographies.Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.Your next stepWhen you are looking for this key position as Corporate Finance Senior Analyst at a growing and changing international group that is headquartered in Zurich, we invite you to apply.
