Esta posición estratégica es clave para asegurar la alineación de las estrategias médicas locales con los objetivos globales de la compañía, garantizando el cumplimiento de los más altos estándares éticos y científicos.
Responsabilidades.
Definir y ejecutar la estrategia médica a nivel nacional en alineación con las directrices globales de la compañía.
Trabajar estrechamente con equipos de investigación clínica, marketing, regulatorio y ventas para garantizar la coherencia y efectividad de los mensajes médicos.
Supervisar la creación y diseminación de materiales científicos y de formación, asegurando que sean precisos y actualizados.
Representar a la compañía ante autoridades sanitarias, sociedades científicas, y otros grupos de interés, fortaleciendo relaciones clave.
Asegurar que todas las actividades médicas cumplan con las normativas locales y globales, así como con los códigos éticos de la industria.
Dirigir y desarrollar un equipo de profesionales médicos, fomentando un ambiente de trabajo colaborativo y de alta productividad.
Requisitos.
Formación Académica en ciencias de la salud.
Mínimo 10 años de experiencia en Medical Affairs dentro de la industria farmacéutica, con al menos 4 años en un rol de liderazgo.
Profundo conocimiento del entorno regulatorio y de la práctica médica.
Más de 4 años en gestión de equipos.
Nivel C1 de Inglés.
Capacidad para tomar decisiones estratégicas Habilidades interpersonales sobresalientes Enfoque en resultados.
