Tasks

Guide the creative and strategic direction for all projects in collaboration with the Marketing team, from brand and campaign strategy, creative direction and concept development, copywriting, art direction, film shoots, campaign post-production, etc
Work closely with the founders and leadership team to craft thoughtful and impactful creative strategies, leveraging current cultural insights and a deep understanding of both the consumer and the brand
Serve as an expert in creative and channel strategies, comprehending the roles, opportunities, and production limitations of various content types across different channels
Supervise the edition of video and film
Lead and support your team to achieve their highest potential, fostering an environment of trust, openness, and respect
Show exceptional communication skills to effectively articulate viewpoints, using logic, empathy, and factual evidence to build a compelling narrative
Recognize how individual projects align with wider strategic and business objectives, and prioritize tasks to ensure alignment with these goals
Be an ambassador for the company both internally and externally
Identify business challenges and proactively propose and implement solutions to the leadership team

Requirements

Full professional level of Spanish and English
Degree in Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 6 years leading a major creative function for European and global projects. Background in retail/hospitality is a must
Proven success in directing collaborative multi-functional teams
Outstanding skills in presenting information both visually and in writing
Experienced in creating comprehensive 360 campaigns from brief to delivery and beyond
A solid background in planning large-scale projects, including precise estimation of team requirements and time. Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously and delegating work effectively
Thorough knowledge and experience in brand, campaign, social, and digital campaign development
Strong understanding of Gen Z and Millennial audiences
Exceptional typography, layout, and design skills
Able to organize, remain productive, and make an immediate impact in a high-growth, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
